Yes, you can easily create a new page from scratch by selecting Create a New Page within our Customization Tools. We often refer to these as 'static pages' since the content is not linked to the desktop version of your site.
Log in to your account, by following the My Account link on our Homepage. You then see the Dashboard. Our Customization Tools can be launched from the Dashboard.
